Before I look at a single system, I want to know what made you start this, and which parts of the work you'd never want to give up.That's not a warm-up. If I don't know what lights you up, I'll optimise the wrong things. I'll automate the one part of your process that's slow on purpose, because it's where you do your best thinking, or because it's the reason someone chose you over the practice down the road. We sit together and look at how your business actually works, what drives it, what brings you good results, and where things are getting stuck. Then I map the journey from where you are now to where you want to be. Identifying the the drag, brakes, and the things that could be automated and the systems that need attention.WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH
A written map of how your business runs today. What's breaking and why. Which tools to drop and which to bring in, with the reasoning for each. A build order, so you know what comes first. And a clear note on what to leave exactly as it is.Yours to keep whether or not we work together again. Some women take it and build from it themselves. That's a good outcome.THE BUILD
